Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management Excellence:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing requests, defining project strategy, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned and house accounts, cultivating relationships and fostering customer growth.
  • Oversee the development of customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Ditto's Solution inbox, gathering detailed project requirements and ensuring accurate costing and estimating.

Digital Production Mastery:

  • Prepare electronic files for digital print, email blasts, print on demand, and web-related services, maintaining consistency in graphic elements across all production files.
  • Implement quality control measures into the production workflow for all services.
  • Utilize Ditto's product offerings and toolset, showcasing proficiency in Adobe CS, XES Web Services, XMPIE, Microsoft Office, Bulk Mailer, and other relevant software packages.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Direct Mail regulations and USPS standards, ensuring compliance in all projects.

Client Communication and Satisfaction:

  • Serve as the frontline communicator with clients, prospects, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating effective problem-solving and ensuring accurate project execution.
  • Provide weekly status updates, keeping key project members informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up on customer interactions, resolving customer-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications/Skills

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in web or print design and customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a technical school diploma in prepress.

Technical Proficiency:

  • In-depth knowledge of Ditto's product offerings, including digital/offset printing, file management, fulfillment, basic HTML, email blast campaigns, and Print On Demand systems (XMPie).
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, XES Web Services, XMPIE, Microsoft Office, Bulk Mailer, and other high-volume production file processing tools.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong file assembly skills and the ability to recognize press characteristics as they relate to file preparation for printing.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce and proofread error-free work.
