Ditto is looking for a motivated and professional Client Delivery Representative that are eager to help clients grow through building their brand using promotional marketing products and services.

The Client Delivery Representative (CDR) Promotional Marketing Products oversees a project from the initial phase of reviewing client requirements to the final stages of production and distribution. The CDR acts as the manager of requirements and the central point of contact on promotional marketing projects. The CDR evaluates the scope of each project and manages the efficient progress from proposal to delivery. The Client Delivery Representative is the frontline with clients, prospects, vendors and team members to facilitate the solving of client challenges and to ensure projects run accurately and smoothly through the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of incoming estimates and job request either by a client or Sales Representative
  • Management of projects and vendor relationships for promotional products
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and orders
  • Research and recommend the best product for the customer and for Ditto
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer specifications
  • Identify and support new business development within existing clients
  • Provide recommendations on promotional and outsourced products to meet client specs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop and/​or maintain key account metrics
  • Develop strategy, proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Identify new opportunities to provide products and services to existing customers
  • Serve as the key contact for all matters related to your accounts
