The Business Development Manager is responsible for net new and existing revenue growth at Ditto.

The BDM’s main focus will be prospecting and business development activities for Ditto’s products, services and solutions. The BDM is the primary point of contact and works with clients, prospects, vendors and team members to facilitate the solving of client challenges throughout the sales cycle. The BDM positions themselves as a trusted advisor and brings commercial insights to their clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, including account and industry research and business development
  • Develop, maintain and report accurately on a sales pipeline
  • Qualify opportunities appropriately
  • Identify new opportunities to provide products and services to existing customers
  • Serve as the key contact for all matters related to your assigned accounts
  • Develop strategy, proposals and presentations for prospective clients & opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop and/​or maintain key account metrics
  • Work with Client Delivery to create and maintain print and digital project timelines
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual prospecting, activity & sales performance goals/quota
